EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you purchased the wrong size, Undersea Bikini will happily accept returns for exchange on all items if the following conditions are met:

  • All items must be returned within 14 days of delivery date
  • All items must be returned in clean, unworn, unwashed, unused condition
  • All items must be returned with tags attached and hygienic stickers in place
  • All items must be returned in original packing

Please note that:

  • We do not accept returns on sales or items with promotional discount codes!
  • If the wanted item is a sold out item must then select an available item for the same price.

If you wish to do an exchange, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact us at info@underseabikini.com within 14 days of delivery date. Please be sure to include your order number and contact details, as well as the reason to exchange in this email.
  2. After receiving confirmation for your exchange, please package your bikini securely, attach our Return Form and send it back to the provided address with your original receipt. Please be sure to obtain a tracking number with your return to insure proof of delivery.
  3. When returning your item, please note the following:
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping charges
  • Package securely same as received
  • All items must be returned in the original condition
  • Product must be returned within 14 days
  1. Once we have received your item, we will inspect your order to ensure that it is following the asked conditions are mentioned above. You will receive an email once we have received and shipped your exchange.

Please note that Undersea Bikini is not responsible for packages which are lost or damaged during shipment, or for locating lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered.

Furthermore, Undersea Bikini is not responsible for replacing packages sent to incorrect addresses, as entered by the customer, so please be sure to double check your shipping address before placing your order.

Additionally, items will not be exchanged if the item has been wrongly damaged.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS 

If your order is incorrect or faulty item, please make sure to notify us at info@underseabikini.com  within 14 days of receiving merchandise. Please tell us your order number and include a picture of the damage product. We’ll make sure to sort out the problem quickly.

Once your item is returned to us, has been inspected and deemed to be faulty, we are going to exchange it for a correct item and ship your exchange. Shipping charges will be refunded so please keep your postage receipt and we will indemnify you if we deem the item to be faulty.

We cannot be held liable for any damages after the bikini was put in the washing machine and/or drying machine.
