CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT IS PLACED?

You can contact us via info@underseabikini.com and let us know which correction you wish. If it hasn’t been shipped yet, we will gladly make the change. Sadly, if the order has already been shipped, there is nothing we can do.

I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

Please, contact us via info@underseabikini.com and inform us about the problem. We strongly encourage you to upload a picture of the defect to help us understand and see the defect. Once submitted, we will review your request for approval.

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

No, you can check out as a quest as well. The benefit of creating an account is that next time you will be able to sign into your account which saves you time at checkout. It is also good because you will be notified about our latest promotions.

I FORGOT TO USE MY PROMO CODE

Please, contact us via info@underseabikini.com and inform us about your problem. We’re going to try to cancel your order, then you can apply your promo code and place a new order.

I RECEIVED A WRONG PRODUCT

In this case, we are really sorry for the mistake. We will make sure to get you the right swimsuit as quickly as possible. Please, contact us via info@underseabikini.com and provide us your initial order ID so we can solve our mistake. 

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED ANY CONFIRMATION ABOUT MY ORDER

If you do not receive the confirmation message within a few minutes, please check your Junk E-mail folder just in case the confirmation email got delivered there instead of your inbox. If so, select the confirmation message and click Not Junk, which will allow future messages to get through.

ABOUT EXCHANGES AND REFUND

CAN I EXCHANGE MY SWIMSUIT IF IT DOES NOT FIT?

Yes, you have 14 days after reception to exchange your swimsuit. The swimsuit must not have been worn or washed and it must be in its original packing same as received. If the wanted item is sold out, you can select an available item for the same price. To exchange, please follow the instructions on our website. Before you purchase your perfect fitting bikini, check our size guide or contact us via info@underseabikini.com in any doubt!

DO I NEED TO PAY ANYTHING TO GET AN EXCHANGE?

The shipping to send it back to us is on you, but we will pay to send it back to you. Please, follow the instructions on our website to know how to exchange.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET A REFUND?

Yes, you have 14 days after reception to send back the swimsuit and get a refund. The swimsuit must not have been worn or washed and it must be in its original packing same as received. IN WHAT CURRENCY ARE THE PRICES AT UNDERSEA BIKINI SHOP?

All the prices are in EUR.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES ON TOP OF MY ORDER?

There may be duties and/or customs taxes applied to your order by your local government when delivery is made or billed to you afterwards. We are not liable for these charges, so if you are unsure, please contact your local custom agency to find out more information!

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
